About Me

Hi, I'm Hannah. I am a Springfield, MO native and Missouri State University alumni x2. I received a Bachelors Degree in Criminology in 2013. In 2023, I obtained a Masters of Social Work Degree, and subsequently clinical licensure in 2025. I have worked within the fields of juvenile justice, child advocacy, courts system, community mental health and holistic wellness.I am a trained yoga instructor and can incorporate meditation, breath work, and mindfulness practices when requested and appropriate.I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else. My goal is to understand you as a human being and what is important to you. As we develop trust and communication, we will also begin to work on the goals you wish to accomplish. I am welcoming of all people and situations. I take pride in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process emotions. I am welcoming and appreciative of mutual feedback and letting the client be the expert in their lives. You know what is best for you, I am just here to help you get there.

Services

I provide individual therapy services to teens (14+) and adults (50-). My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore change and new perspectives. I provide limited hours, due to my full time career. I primarily work evenings and every other Saturday. I offer family sessions for those navigating challenges with teenagers and healthy teenage development. My professional experiences in child abuse, residential treatment, court systems, and complex trauma allow me to create a safe space for us to explore these roots. I have provided specific treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, BPD, PTSD, neurodivergence, and adjustment disorder.

- I may or may not provide a diagnosis depending on the situation.
- We will discuss personal goals, strengths, needs, and personal preferences of therapy.
How do I know if we are a good fit?
- Within 2-3 sessions you should feel some sort of connection, safety, or trust in your therapist.
